Gentle Weight Loss Coaching uses our evidence based framework to support you to work towards your weight loss goals gently and safely, without obsessing over eating, shape and weight or letting dieting have a negative impact on your life.  

Our coaching is grounded in evidence based practise. We explore areas such as psycho nutrition education, determining a healthy weight, the science of weight loss, body neutrality, creating a flexible structure of eating, supplements, emotional eating, self care, hunger and satiety, emotional eating, alternate measures of progress, shopping and cooking to support weight loss, raising self worth, movement and physical activity, diet culture, cravings and so much more.

OUR COACHING IS FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 WEEKS; WE WANT TO EMPOWER YOU HOW TO EAT NOT SIMPLY TELL YOU WHAT TO EAT. THIS IS NOT A QUICK FIX.

  • We speak each week via our therapeutic E-coaching through our online portal.

We provide you with our Compassion Centred Weight Loss audios and resources to explore in between our sessions, as well as recipe books, E-books, meditations, journal prompts and example meal plans.

Weight loss is about so much more than "eating less and moving more" which is why we work holistically with mind, body and soul. We empower you to make changes from a place of self care, not self punishment.

A welcome call to introduce you to our coaching and framework. 

Weekly E-coaching sessions to allow you to reflect, ask any questions and share any struggles and receive feedback, plan updates, resources and goals.

Our Compassion Centred Weight Loss weekly audios and resources and ongoing access to the Compassion Centred Weight Loss Programme along with weekly videos from our Finding Food Freedom collection.

Personalised nutrition guidance, example meals plans including supplement guidance and a recipe pack

Personalised physical activity recommendations. 

Journal prompts and meditations aligned with your goals and needs. 

Masterclass' including How to Stop Worrying About Your Looks, Ending Food Restriction and End Calorie Counting.
