HEAL YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD FOR GOOD

Using our evidence based 24 step Food Freedom framework we guide you to nurture your relationship with food and your body so you move away from fear around food and find more joy in eating, your body and life. You get two modules to explore weekly with nutrition guidance, mediations, self care workbooks and journal prompts for you to add in along your journey.

GENTLE WEIGHT LOSS £79

ACHIEVE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS IN A HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE WAY WITHOUT OBSESSION.

Using our 12 step Compassion Centred Weight Loss framework we take a harm reduction approach to support you to work towards your weight loss goals gently and safely without obsessing over eating, shape and weight or letting dieting have a negative impact on your life.  We include nutrition guidance mediations recipe cards, self care workbooks and journal prompts for you to explore too.

HOW TO STOP WORRYING ABOUT YOUR LOOKS

This 40 minute masterclass helps you to understand and overcome why you feel the way you look is so important to you.

It is designed for anyone that feels like the amount they think about their body or the behaviours they engage in to change their body or other aspects of their appearance is having a negative impact on their life.

It has been designed so that practitioners that work in the body image, fitness and disordered eating space can also learn practises and strategies to support their clients lessen body preoccpation and suggests practical ways to reduce obsessive thoughts, body checking and face situations that they may be avoiding so that the way they look no longer seems the most important thing about you. 

END CALORIE COUNTING

Discover how to stop obsessing over tracking calories and nutrients and feel safe to listen to your body's needs. 

 

Across six self paced video. sessions we review and discuss different theoretical approaches we can take to feel safe to let go of tracking and counting behaviours for good.

 

We explore how to practically apply the knowledge using different tools, skills and practises as well as step by step examples so you can finally say goodbye to calorie counting for good. 

This series is designed for individuals and practitioners working within the nutrition, fitness and body image space.

STOPPING FOOD RESTRICTION

This 60 minute masterclass explores why the desire to restrict or limit food can be so hard to stop, even though it is causing negative impacts on our life.

 

It moves on to explore "top down" and "bottoms up strategies" to explore in order to heal from extremem dietiting and food restriction. 

This masterclass is designed for both individuals and practitioners.
