ACHIEVE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS IN A HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE WAY WITHOUT OBSESSION.

Using our 12 step Compassion Centred Weight Loss framework we take a harm reduction approach to support you to work towards your weight loss goals gently and safely without obsessing over eating, shape and weight or letting dieting have a negative impact on your life.  We include nutrition guidance mediations recipe cards, self care workbooks and journal prompts for you to explore too.

HOW TO STOP WORRYING ABOUT YOUR LOOKS

This 40 minute masterclass explores body image preoccupation and appearance over concerns and suggests practical ways to reduce obsessive thoughts, body checking and face situations that you may be avoiding so that the way you look no longer seems the most important thing about you. 

END CALORIE TRACKING

Discover how to stop obsessing over tracking calories and nutrients and feel safe to listen to your body's needs. Across six self paced video. session we review and discuss different theoretical approaches we can take to feel safe to let go of tracking and counting behaviours for good. We explore how to practically apply the knowledge using different tools, skills and practises as well as step by step examples.

END FOOD RESTRICTION 



This 60 minute masterclass explores why restriction can be so hard to stop, even though it is causing negative impacts on our life. It moves on to explore top down and bottoms up strategies to explore with the individuals you work with as well as exploring emotional eating. This masterclass is also suitable if you yourself would like support healing food restriction.
