Creating more joy is a fundamental part of our coaching. We want people to enjoy their bodies and their eating. 

Emotional eating, binge eating, yo-yo dieting, kind of - sort of recovered, food fears, food restriction, compulsive exercise, body distrust, something just doesn't feel right ...sound familiar?

I HAVE DESIGNED FOOD FREEDOM COACHING FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO IMPROVE THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND FEEL SAFER AND MORE CONNECTED TO THEIR BODIES AND THEMSELVES. 

Food is not just about fuel and nutrients; it is about making memories, easing emotions and feeling love.

DIET CULTURE LEADS US TO BELIEVE THAT A SMALL BODY IS THE ANSWER TO ALL OF OUR PROBLEMS.




 



We work with our clients to gently move them away from objectifying their bodies and towards enjoying them; away from looking at them and towards living in them. We want the individuals we work with find joy in eating and living in their body and our Food Freedom Method has supported hundreds of individuals to find freedom.

Food freedom Coaching uses our evidence based framework to support you to end food and body obsession, enhance your skills in nutrition, emotional regulation and mindfulness which we of course adapt to your own needs and goals. 

Our methods are grounded in evidence based practise. The work we do will incorporate psycho-somatic-nutrition education in emotional eating, gentle nutrition, body image, diet culture, self worth, bowels and bloating, movement, stress management and shame and anger. We focus on establishing safety and stability in your eating and your life and gently support you to live in your body, exploring core beliefs and rules for living and reframing unhelpful ones, upskilling in media literacy, mindfulness and self compassion, gentle exposure therapy to overcome fears, exploring your relationship to play and rest; in addition to your own personal nutrition and movement guidance.  We can also explore body composition goals if this feels appropriate. 

OUR COACHING IS FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 WEEKS, WE CANNOT RUSH HEALING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD. 

  • We speak each week via our therapeutic E-coaching sessions through our online portal

  • We meet via video call each week to offer you a safe space to off load, explore and receive support and guidance. 

We set you up on your Food Freedom journey with weekly videos, challenges and resources to explore in between our sessions, as well as journal prompts and E-books. 

We understand change is hard ...

which is why we prioritise working with you to feel safer.

We work holistically with mind, body and spirit in our coaching, we lean on applied polyvagal theory to create more safety within the nervous system so experiences of anxiety decrease. We teach you how to tolerate feelings of distress when making these changes and lead with gentleness and compassion. We can only move as quickly as the scaredest part of you and that is the perfect pace.

An initial exploratory e-session to explore where you are currently at and what you would like to achieve.

We have two options in our Food Freedom Coaching : option one includes weekly written therapeutic E-coaching to give you a safe space reflect, explore, ask any questions and share any struggles and receive support, feedback, resources and goals in a format you prefer (whats app voice note / email) OR option two includes weekly face to face theraputic coaching sessions via video

Optional add on virtual face to face therapeutic coaching consultations each month 

Our 24 step Food Freedom Programme including weekly videos / E-books and resources. 

Personalised nutrition guidance including supplement guidance and example plans if relevant. 

Personalised movement recommendations. 

Journal prompts and meditations aligned with your goals and needs. 

Masterclass' including How to Stop Worrying About Your Looks, Ending Food Restriction, Freedom from Emotional Eating and End Calorie Counting.
