ONLINE COURSE
Finding Food Freedom
Yo-yo dieting? Obsessed with food? Constantly thinking about your body image? Binge eating? Emotionally eating? Have strict food rules? Just curious to explore and improve your relationship with eating, food and your body?
Breathe ... it's. a safe space here
I HAVE DESIGNED OUR FINDING FOOD FREEDOM ONLINE COURSE FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO IMPROVE THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD, RECOVER FROM DISORDERED EATING AND FEEL SAFER AND MORE CONNECTED TO THEIR BODIES AND THEMSELVES.
Food is not just about fuel and nutrients; it is about making memories, easing emotions and feeling love.
THE PROBLEM IS:
EVERYONE THINKS GAINING FOOD FREEDOM WILL
LEAD TO A BODY THEY HATE
Our Finding Food Freedom method works with the mind and body and teaches you to move out of survival mode and realise that freedom is not about strength or willpower, but rather about science and safety.
In Finding Food Freedom we delve into the science behind why you might keep turning to behaviours that cause you distress and how to overcome these gently and tenderly, using the body as ally, not an enemy.
We know that finding joy in food and our bodies is possible because we have supported thousands of individuals with our framework
Finding Food Freedom is available via our online platform and app; it consists of 24 steps broken down into easy to absorb and actionable bite size chunks. After each step we want you to have something to go away and implement on your pathway to freedom.
Each step is in written format, with a watchable video, audio and downloadable E-book; so you can choose how you would like to learn. Finding Food Freedom is interactive, after each mini step you will be met with prompts to support you to integrate the guidance into your everyday life.
"You keep putting one foot in front of the other and one day you look back and you have climbed a mountain."
We include resources such as example meals plans, coping skills guides, worksheets and journal prompts to give you easy to access tools to use. If appropriate to you we also include ways to approach your "fear foods" or "binge foods" and how to start to include and enjoy these, we suggest a new fear food each week.
We also invite you to send questions in for our monthly Q&As so we can support you along your journey.
