WHO ARE WE AND WHAT DO WE DO?
We are a circle of clinical and health practitioners that include a Clinical Dietitian, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and Eating Behaviour Coaches. We provide holistic, person centred care to support individuals heal from eating disorders, distressing eating behaviours, body image concerns, compulsive movement and yo yo dieting. We also provide personalised nutrition guidance for those wanting to improve the quality of their nutrition for health, medical or lifestyle reasons; as we all counselling to those desiring greater play, rest and joy in their life but struggle to embody this.
THE NURTURE CIRCLE WAS BORN AFTER 15 YEARS OF SERVING WITHIN THE EATING DISORDER AND BODY IMAGE SPACE. WE RECOGNISED THAT CONNECTION IS A PATHWAY TO HEALING AND THIS IS THE THEME THAT LEADS ALL THE WAYS WE SERVE. DEEPENING THE CONNECTION TO SELF, CONNECTION TO THE BODY, CONNECTION TO OUR FOOD, CONNECTION TO OUR EMOTIONS, CONNECTION TO OUR SENSATIONS, CONNECTION TO OUR POWER, CONNECTION TO OUR COMMUNITY, CONNECTION TO THE WORLD AROUND US.

THE NURTURE CIRCLE FOUNDER
Rachel is a clinically trained Dietitian and Personal Trainer with extensive professional development in counselling and therapeutic modalities and over 10,000 hours of clinical experience. She was voted one of the top 10 trainers in the world and worked within acute and forensic NHS settings, with the British Army and at the Olympic Games before setting up her own practice. She is a member of the Health Care Professions Council and is currently studying Medical Neuroscience at Dukes University.

Rachel has a lived recovery experiences so truly understands why a tender, compassionate approach is so crucial for healing and the creation of an expansive life.
​
Rachel is passionate about living a slower, simple life and lives by the ocean with her husband, two sons and beagles. She loves growing wildflowers, baking and sea swimming. To connect with Rachel find her at @Dietitian.RachelHobbs


Food Freedom Coaching
Food Freedom Coaching is our signature programme to support you end food and body obsession. It was developed after supporting 1000s of individuals experiencing distressing eating behaviours and body image concerns. We meet with you every week for 50 minutes via video or audio call to gently guide you through our integrative framework and give you the space to discuss and share your experiences, answer any questions you may have and set some gentle goals to work towards.
Food Freedom Coaching is for anyone who is experiencing eating behaviours and body image thoughts that are causing distress; this may include binge eating and emotional eating, rigid rules around food and exercise, experiencing yo-yo dieting, finding food and body image stressful, experiencing hypothalamic amenorrhea, preoccupied with food or finding eating or body image impacting life negatively.

FOOD FREEDOM RETREAT DAY

We are inviting you to our in person nurture circle this summer; during this retreat day we will be exploring the concept of food freedom.
Our nurture circles include a variety of rituals to enhance your connection to your body, your food, your community and the world around you. During our Food Freedom retreat we will explore nutrition and eating behaviours with an opportunity to share and ask questions; engage in meditation, hypnotherapy, connecting to the body through somatic practises, engage in mindfulness and learn how to implement learnings in our daily lives.
