THE NURTURE CIRCLE WAS BORN AFTER 15 YEARS OF SERVING WITHIN THE EATING DISORDER AND BODY IMAGE SPACE. WE RECOGNISED THAT CONNECTION IS A PATHWAY TO HEALING AND THIS IS THE THEME THAT LEADS ALL THE WAYS WE SERVE. DEEPENING THE CONNECTION TO SELF, CONNECTION TO THE BODY, CONNECTION TO OUR FOOD, CONNECTION TO OUR EMOTIONS, CONNECTION TO OUR SENSATIONS, CONNECTION TO OUR POWER, CONNECTION TO OUR COMMUNITY, CONNECTION TO THE WORLD AROUND US.
"I never anticipated how much an online course could change my life, Finding Food Freedom has made me understand why I kept binge eating and after years I finally feel like I eat normally."
