The Nurtured Community Journey is not just about improving your relationship with your body and food or healing from an eating disorder, although this is an important part of this journey; it is also about supporting you to get to know yourself, overcome trauma and guide you to nurture yourself.
Rachel and her team work integratively with mind, body and spirit and draws on different theories and and strategies to meet you where you are at and support you to take the next steps. She understands life can feel full so she condenses the research, science and her experience into gentle, actionable steps to support immediate change.
As a Clinical Dietitian, Therapist and Personal Trainer, Rachel is one of the only tri-trained professionals to work within the nutrition, fitness and body image field, this enables her and her team to offer a unique and specialised approach to healing through The Nurtured Community.
Are you ready to find confidence and safety in your body, eating and your life?

The Nurtured Community Journey consists of 24 steps to transform your relationship with food, eating and your body.
Our framework has been designed based on the latest evidence and Rachel's experience of working with thousands of individuals over the last 15 years. Each step is designed from a therapeutic and coaching lens to educate you and provide you with support, confidence and guidance to make gentle changes in daily life.
You get introduced to a new step each week via our online portal or app and we pop you a gentle reminder via email too because momentum is important. We know life can be busy so we give you the most important information to read, listen or watch with additional resources if you want to explore more.
Group Coaching
You are invited to connection and community coaching calls two-three Saturday mornings a month so Rachel and her team can answer your questions, guide you through self esteem, gentle nutrition and relaxation hypnotherapy and so you can share your wins, struggles and connect with others too. You can see the schedule and topics for the next couple of months sessions below.
If you can't make the coaching, these will be recorded for you and you will be invited to join a FB community to share questions, wins and general joy in here too. Following your three months, you will be able to continue your group coaching journey if that felt best or move forwards independently.
You are also able to meet with Rachel and Cory for 1:1 support at an additional investment too if you felt that was right for you.

The way we eat reflects the way we live
Rachel uses the three stage support model in The Nurtured Community to guide individuals through the therapeutic coaching journey; firstly creating safety, stability and symptom management; moving into deeper exploration, compassionate acceptance and focusing on implementing strategies and addressing specific challenges; and finally, the third stage consolidation and maintenance, helping apply what you have learned and develop coping skills for long-term well-being.
Alongside Rachel's qualifications and 15 years of industry wisdom and a lived recovery experience.
Rachel understands what it is like to live in fear of food and eating, of what would happen if you start to nourish, love and care for yourself. She knows what it is like to deprive yourself not only of food, but also joy, pleasure and freedom.
She also understands what it is like to overcome those things, to heal the war with food and truly start to respect and nurture yourself.
