About

A Journey to Fullness is a 16 week virtual recovery, rediscovery and reconnection programme designed for individuals that are experiencing stress, shame and guilt around eating, food and their bodies that bridges the gap between self help and one to one dietetic therapy. My aim for A Journey to Fullness is to provide a holistic, evidence based programme combining science and spirituality, to help you to break free from chaotic eating, reconnect to your body and feel the freedom to truly enjoy life; alongside others that are on a similar journey to you. Over 16 weeks you will gain access to 32 video modules, two per week. Each module is between 15-30 minutes long and focuses around one or two topics of psycho nutritional education and embodiment as well as practical coping practises and strategies to gradually build up your tool box so you no longer need to rely on chaotic eating behaviours. There is an element of self discovery or self inquiry in these modules as well as guided meditations and somatic practises too. At the end of modules there may be a small action plan and some further resources if you would like to do further reading or exploration. There is also be a peer support group on online group for you to use which I do regular Q&As to support you along your journey.
