Food Freedom Coaching

Using our evidence based Food Freedom framework we guide you to heal distressing eating behaviours and find safety in your food and your body. We include personalised, nutrition guidance and movement plans, weekly E-coaching, virtual consultations, mediations, our Food Freedom Programme with weekly videos, resources and guidance as well as body image, ending food restriction and ending calorie counting masterclass', self care workbooks and personalised journal prompts.
Gentle Weight Loss Coaching
ACHIEVE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS IN A HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE WAY WITHOUT OBSESSION.
Using our Compassion Centred Weight Loss framework we take a harm reduction approach to support you to work towards your weight loss goals gently and safely without obsessing over eating, shape and weight or letting dieting have a negative impact on your life. We include personalised, nutrition guidance and movement plans, weekly E coaching sessions, mediations, our Compassion Centred Weight Loss Programme with weekly audios, resources and guidance, as well as access to our body image, ending food restriction and ending calorie counting masterclass', self care workbooks and journal prompts.
RECOVER FROM DISORDERED EATING OR AN EATING DISORDER
I combine clinical dietetics with therapeutic approaches to support you to compassionately understand your eating behaviours and body image concerns, enhance feelings of safety by teaching you somatic, sensory, social and spiritual resources and coping skills, increase your knowledge of psychonutrition and hold a gentle space for your to explore your beliefs and fears.

Optimise your health to conceive naturally or to support IVF, IUI, egg freezing or to restore a natural menstrual cycle.
Nutrition, energy balance and general well being play an important role in the health of hormones and reproductive health. Learn how to eat and nurture yourself to support restoration of your menstrual cycle or optimising your health to prepare for conception.
Gut health and IBS
Reduce bloating and abdominal pain, prevent constipation/diarrhea and learn how to manage IBS symptoms
We offer nutritional management for IBS and gut health symptoms, this involves first and second line management as per NICE guidelines. Management may include dietary alterations, lifestyle modifications and movement adaptations.
