Food Freedom Coaching 

Heal your relationship with food and body image.

Using our evidence based Food Freedom framework we guide you to heal distressing eating behaviours and find safety in your food and your body. We include personalised, nutrition guidance and movement plans, weekly E-coaching, virtual consultations, meditations, challenges, our Food Freedom Programme with weekly videos, resources and guidance as well as body image, ending food restriction and ending calorie counting masterclass', self care workbooks and personalised journal prompts.

Gentle Weight Loss Coaching

ACHIEVE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS IN A HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE WAY WITHOUT OBSESSION.

Using our Compassion Centred Weight Loss framework we take a harm reduction approach to support you to work towards your weight loss goals gently and safely without obsessing over eating, shape and weight or letting dieting have a negative impact on your life.  We include personalised, nutrition guidance and movement plans, weekly E coaching sessions,  mediations, our Compassion Centred Weight Loss Programme with weekly audios, resources and guidance, as well as access to our body image, ending food restriction and ending calorie counting masterclass', self care workbooks and journal prompts.

Nutrition Consultations 

Personalise your nutrition and supplements to support management of a medical condition or / and optimise your health and hormones.

We specialise in nutrition support for hormonal health, including restoration of menstrual cycles, optimising fertility, having a healthy pregnancy and post partum / breastfeeding guidance; as well as nutrition management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) which includes first line management strategies, FODMAPS and elimination diets.

Dietetic Therapy

RECOVER FROM AN EATING DISORDER OR DISORDERED EATING IN A SAFE SPACE

I combine clinical dietetics with integrative theraputic modalities to support you to recover from a diagnosed eating disorder, disordered eating or concerns about body weight or shape. We meet for weekly, biweekly or monthly sessions and move at a pace that meets you where you are at.

Heal Binge Eating

UNDERSTAND AND OVERCOME YOUR BINGE EATING OR EMOTIONAL EATING BEHAVIOURS 

Over your 12 week journey with us we combine personal therapeutic E-coaching with biweekly education videos, resources and challenges sent straight to your inbox and regular support sessions with others on the same path. We combine our evidence based methods with compassion and connection to offer you a safe space to heal.

Nurture Circles

A SAFE SPACE FOR YOU TO NURTURE YOURSELF AND FIND JOY IN SISTERHOOD

Our nurture circles tend to be two - three hours long. We gather together to learn about our topic of focus, we may do this through creativity, a talk and open discussion or as gentle movement practise or meditation or all of them; we then take an opportunity to eat or drink together if that feels right.
