Rachel knows the power that movement can have on mental, physical and spiritual health.
Join her in her studio space in Arundel for a two and half hour session which includes a personalised exercise session and dietetic consultation, along with delicious coffee to learn, gain confidence and support along your journey to health.
These sessions last around two and half hours so it gives an oppurtunity for you to build a trusting rapport with Rachel and for her to understand your motivations and obstacles; after the session Rachel creates your training and nutrition guidance, a long with additional resources based on what you have explored.
This is designed for individuals that are any of the following:
- Want to gain confidence in their training and nutrition choices
- Are in recovery from disordered eating or a diagnosed eating disorder
- Want a safe space to move their body without fear or judgement
- Want to enjoy exercise with the support of a compassionate professional
Rachel knows that it can be a juggle for self care with a family, so she has designed her studio space to be family friendly, so children are more than welcome to join.
