Rachel provides personalised exercise training from her home studio which has been desgned as a safe space for those that may feel anxious around exercise; as well as being family friendly, so children are more than welcome (because mums deserve care too!).
Over 12 weeks Rachel will guide you to find joy and confidence in movement through personalised exercise sessions once a week alongside nutrition education, eating behaviour guidance and nervous system regulation coping skills. She will write you a personalised movement plan for home / gym in to follow in between sessions as well as recipe ideas and access to masterclass' and online journeys to support you to find food freedom and joy.
Rachel's studio gym is based in Arundel, West Sussex. If you would like to have this experience with a friend then the investment would be reduced by 25% each.
