WE HAVE DESIGNED HEAL BINGE EATING FOR THOSE WHO WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND MORE ABOUT BINGE AND EMOTIONAL EATING AND HEAL IT FOR GOOD.
Binge eating is not just about food, it is about feelings, beliefs, self regulation and connection.
THE PROBLEM IS:
WE ARE LED TO BELIEVE A DIET PLAN WILL FIX BINGE EATING.
Over 12 weeks we work together to bring compassion, awareness and understanding to your eating behaviours and give you the skills and support so you can replace these distressing behaviours with healthful ones.
You are the leader of your journey
Healing Binge Eating supports you in three main ways: 1. Personalised Therapeutic Coaching 2. Education 3. Support.
We start the programme with an introductory session together to explore binge eating and give you give you some strategies to implement straight away, then over 12 weeks we support you through three main ways:
Personalised therapeutic E-coaching : We offer you individualised and in depth guidance and support, as well as a safe space to explore within your biweekly reflections through our online portal. We provide you with recommendations, advice and resources personalised to your own journey to ensure that you feel fully held along each step. Please note that this is coaching is via email; although we offer add on face to face virtual coaching sessions for £55.
Education : Twice a week you will be sent our evidence based programme which is updated regularly with the latest research. This is compassion based and the goal is to give you the skills to understand and overcome binge eating and emotional eating as well as explore contributing factors such as stress, body image, diet culture, bloating, shame and anger.
Support: We want you to feel fully supported along this journey so offer additional aspects along your journey, this may include Q&As, sisterhood circles or masterclass'. This may involve others moving along the same journey. We understand the vulnerability of binge eating means that working in groups can feel challenging so although we do encourage this as shame heals in safe spaces, there is no pressure to join in with these.
