We support individuals in a variety of ways to optimize their nutrition for general wellbeing, fertility and support with chronic disease management. Compassion Centred Weight Loss: 1-1 coaching
This is for you if you want to work towards your weight loss goals gently and safely without obsessing over eating, shape and weight or letting dieting have a negative impact on your life with the support of meeting your personal coach each week for 14 weeks.
Compassion Centred Weight Loss : Group coaching
This is for you if you want to work towards your weight loss goals gently and safely, without obsessing over eating, shape and weight or letting dieting have a negative impact on your life with a group of others, meeting alternate weeks for a Q&A and connection session which are recorded so there is no pressure to attend. Optional add ons include weekly E- reflections and feedback or 1:1 sessions
