Welcome to your journey to food freedom, we are so pleased you are here. We support individuals in a variety of ways to overcome diagnosed eating disorders, disordered eating, yo-yo dieting, binge eating, hypothalamic amenorrhea, negative body image and obsessive behaviours around eating and exercise.  If you have any questions or would like to book an introductory call please do not hesitate to get in touch.  


Nutrition Consultations

This is for you if who would like guidance around the foods you are consuming. This may be to create a regular eating pattern, prevent deficiencies if harm reduction is your current goal or support hypothalmic ammenorhea recovery.

Food Freedom Coaching

This is for you if you would like regular  support to end food and body obsession and overcome  disordered eating behaviours such as binge eating, emotional eating or restriction.  You meet with Coach Cory weekly for 14 weeks guided by our specialist framework that has been developed after working with 1000s of individuals to gently understand why you turn to disordered behaviours and how to overcome these safely.

This is for you if you are ready to move out of survival mode and learn how to end food and body obsession, recover from binge eating, emotional overeating, chronic-dieting or restriction at your own pace. This 12 session self paced course in video, audio and written format with meal plans, tools and resources.

This is for you if you are ready to explore your eating behaviours and body image issues, heal distress and learn new skills and practises to overcome an eating disorder or disordered eating with the safety, guidance and support of a dual trained Registered Dietitian and Therapist.

Do you spend lots of time and capacity checking your body or performing behaviours to try and change your appearance?  This 40 minute masterclass explores body image preoccupation and appearance over concerns and suggests practical ways to reduce obsessive thoughts, body checking and face situations that you may be avoiding.

This 60 minute masterclass is designed for both trainers, coaches and practitioners working with individuals that experience food restriction as well as individuals that would like to learn more about why they feel the need to restrict their food intake and how to overcome this with different strategies, approaches and tools to explore, followed by a short quiz to support understanding.
