Breathe ... it's a safe space here
As a Clinical Dietitian, Therapist and Personal Trainer, Rachel is one of the only tri-trained professionals to work within the nutrition, fitness and body image field, this enables her to offer a unique and specialised approach to healing through The Nurtured Journeys.
Rachel has designed The Nurtured Weight Loss around a harm reduction framework that has compassion and self care at the centre. She understands both the potential harm that dieting for weight loss can trigger and understands the natural desire to live in a body that we enjoy and feel comfortable in, and believes we all deserve to experience that.
The Nurtured Weight Loss Journey is not just about learning and implementing nutrition and eating strategies to lead to weight loss, but also about improving your relationship with your body and food as well as learning how to manage aspects such as emotional or binge eating and "all or nothing" thinking.
Are you ready to enjoy your body, your eating and your life without the need for extreme restriction? Are you ready to truly nurture yourself from a place of self care?
